The Norstar Messaging 100 (formerly called the CallPilot 100) is a state-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses. The Norstar Messaging 100 Release 3.1 voicemail comes initially configured for 4 ports and 10 mailboxes and can be expanded to 40 mailboxes.

The Messaging 100 is equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, Basic Call Center, Web-based management, and IP connectivity.

The Norstar Messaging 100 voice mail features Custom Call Routing (CCR), Automated Attendant (Up to 4 different greetings), IP enabled with 10/100 Ethernet ports, Web based administration and maintenance, Embedded applications which are activated with a Key Code, a migration path to more sophisticated features, and shares a common admin interface with the Norstar Business Communications Manager (BCM).

The Norstar Messaging 100 voicemail works with the Nortel CICS 4.1 or higher, Nortel MICS 4.1 or higher and Nortel 3x8 DR5.1 phone systems.
